Sandra Boeschen is an organization development consultant, retreat facilitator and executive coach with extensive health care experience. She has served in senior management roles at two San Francisco Bay Area medical centers and two major health care systems.

 Her approach to strategic facilitation reflects training at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health where she specialized in health administration and planning.  Sandra applies her organization development skills and her experience as an executive coach to CEO's, COO's and other senior managers' needs.
